Automatic pricing: your rates, applied without you

The price is built line by line: material by the kilo or the square metre depending on how you buy it, machine time, holes by the unit, the finish, then your margin. You load your rates at installation, and those are what run. Nothing is estimated from market averages.

Freight is calculated, not a flat fee. The configurator works the weight of the part out from its material, its thickness and its flat area, derives the bundled size in length, width and height, and applies the shipping method. On the example, a 500 mm part gives 2.3 kg, a 500 × 85 × 85 mm bundle and €44.89 of carriage. A workshop that flat-fees freight loses on long parts and overcharges small ones.

Options carry through on their own. Powder coating appears on its own line, marked included, so the customer sees what they are paying for without you having to itemise it in an email.

You decide whether prices show at all. A “show prices on the sheet” switch lets the customer configure their part without seeing an amount, which is what workshops prefer when they do not want their rates circulating among competitors.

And the price stays an estimate, written in black and white under the amount: the final quote is confirmed by the workshop. The figure exists so the customer can judge scale and does not ask for a quote on a part three times over their budget. It does not commit you.
